Private Coaching

We want you to have the most positive, comprehensive fitness experience possible with us.  This means that your time with us will include but is by no means limited to:


  • Range of motion as well as movement efficiency analysis with mobility work to help rehabilitate and improve on proper functional movement patterns
  • Depending on individual goals, training sessions specifically addressing physical fitness foundations such as strength, power, technique or metabolic conditioning 
  • Pre/intra/post workout strategies to maximize results from training sessions
  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance to be aware of and implement outside the gym for greater success


It does not matter how old you are, if you have been sedentary for some period of time, have a specific skill you need help with, or you are training for a particular event, private coaching offers the attention, and more importantly, the accountability you need to help you reach your goals in a swifter manner.


If this still seems a bit daunting to you, maybe you want to bring a friend or training partner along with you.  Small group sessions can offer a possibly less intimidating environment for you as well as being a more fiscally advantageous use of your resources.  It also works great for us because we have the opportunity to see you more often.  Let us know and we would be happy to work something out with you.

No two people start their fitness journey with the same experiences or expectations.  Some may have very sound foundations in physical activity or nutrition and clearly defined goals such as a certain physique or increased physical capacities.  Others may just be beginning their personal journeys and are not sure what they want out of their movement practices.  Whatever your reason for engaging in physical training, private coaching is one of the most effective ways to define and achieve your individual goals.


When you begin your training with us, you can expect that your coach will work closely with you to determine what your goals are, identify and analyze your movement, and design a personally tailored program that aims at targeting any identified deficiencies while improving your overall physical fitness and abilities.
