We believe that keeping workouts short, intense, and relevant, help to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of your time training. We utilize functional movements in our workouts to help provide you with improved movement options in your everyday lives such as squatting, pushing, pulling, jumping, throwing, etc. We will not challenge your movement capacities until you have been taught them, and we have had a chance to practice them. This will ensure that you stay safe as well as continue to progress along your fitness journey.
